• Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your city. Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 350 applies to all orders nationwide.
• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over Rs. 4,999.

Payment Methods We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, as well as secure online payment options via bank transfer at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the sensitive, dermatological nature of skin care, hair care, and body care products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Products must be strictly unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for an immediate replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events.

How to Initiate a Return

1.      Email our support team at threenitycare@gmail.com or message us via WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return.

2.      If approved, securely pack the item and ship it to our designated return address. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged).

3.      Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange will be dispatched, or a refund will be processed to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
